Auto renewal
Your Monthly meal plan subscription will be automatically renewed after 30 days.
Panjab Tiffin will send you 2-3 renewal reminders before the end of the subscription period informing you of the automatic renewal.
Cancellation
However If you wish to cancel the services please give us a 3 days advance notice before the end of the subscription period.
Failure to give the advance notice of cancellation will attract a penalty of $25 apart from the daily charges for the number of days of extra service received.

Refund
We offer a refund guarantee.
We wish to clarify that even though we offer a refund guarantee it is subject to the terms and conditions below
Our refund policy is under
1) One Trial day services – No refund
2) One week Trial services – No refund
3) Monthly services – You can cancel the services anytime during the subscription period.
The balance amount will be refunded after adjusting on pro-rata basis as under
(a) Number of days services provided (Monthly package price divided by 26) plus any/all taxes
(b) A Cancellation fee of $20
3) Cancellation minimum Notice period – 3 days
The balance due will be refunded after 8-10 business days
